  • Introduction


    The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for workshops and surf trips. Note that we have to prepare our classes, schedule employees, book accommodations and prepare workshops and surf trips in advance. Cancellation or changing your ticket data implies extra work from our side and costs. Your cancelled spot might not be filled on time with an alternative candidate.  Nevertheless, if you cancel on time we can refund part of your ticket price. We don’t refund last minute cancellations. Read more below.

    Cancellation Policy

    Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations more than 45 days before the trip: Remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded, minus the deposit.

    • Cancellations 30–45 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total amount (excluding deposit).

    • Cancellations less than 30 days before the trip: No refunds.

    All cancellations must be made in writing via email to aloha@jillianjaclyn.com. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

    Cancellation by SOL

    
SOL has the right to cancel the course or workshop due to insufficient participation, illness or other form of force majeure. In such cases the customer will receive a notification by e-mail and the ticket for the workshop will be refunded.

    Force Majeure


    When the cancellation of an activity is due to a third party or an event which we do not have control over, SOL will offer the customer an alternative activity on a different date. If the customer does not use the alternative that we offer our obligation to refund will lapse.

  • No, we are not a surf school. We are a female collective that organises longboard events and workshops. If you are looking for a surf school please contact us and we can give you some recommendations.

  • No in some cases we will also accept male participants. Contact us if you would like to book a spot.
